Ilam's transporting and terminals head manager announced: the entrance of trucks carrying cargoes from Mehran's international border to Iraq is free.

Nasroullah Heidaree said on Sunday to Irena: according to the announcement of the border terminals officials of the national transporting and terminals organization, there are no obstacles for the humanitarian aids shipments to Iraq.
He added: from now on Iranian or foreign traders can move their cargoes to Iraq using trucks.
He asserted: these people, after the custom legal formalities procedures and procurement of the legal permission, will act for their merchandize transfer.

Heidari added: there are no abutments for the international organization aid to Iraqis through the Mehran's border.

In the past few months, since the opening of the Mehran's exiting borders, articles and exporting materials will be carried up to the free zone of the border by the Iranian trucks and from then on they will be carried by the Iraqis trucks.

There's a 430 kilometer co-regional border between Ilam and Iraq.
