Kanoval Sibal, the assist of Foreign minister of India told Russia and India are working on a project to provide the situation for Afghanistan through Iran to access the free seas by instructing a highway. He adds that Russia and India are helping to Afghanistan for his reinstructing and they want instruct a highway in Afghanistan for connecting it to free seas through Iran's land. He add that he expect to decrease Afghanistan's dependent to Pakistan in transportation industry.
