 The offloading of the first load donated by WFP to Iraqi people

The offloading of the first vessel, carrying the load donated by the world food program, cognating UN, to IRAQI people commenced at B.I.K port. According to the report of public relation of the Khuzestan shipping headquarter office, The GRAND OCEAN contained 15000 tones of flour which entered the B.I.K port and berthed and it is going to be transmitted to Iraq after the offloading operation.
Also the origin of GRAND OCEAN was JABALAT TAREQUE.
In order to speed the service for this operation, adequate equipment for loading and destuffing, and also a particular depot have been considered . According to the acquired covenants between the WORLD FOOD PROGRAM and the shipping headquarter office of KHUZESTAN, The other loads donated by WFP have been imported to our country through B.I.K port and will be transited to IRAQ.
