The secretary of international conference of Civil engineering said:" Afghanistan government is desirous to use Iranian company's abilities in renovation of this country and this conference can be a good opportunity for attendance of Iranian companies.

Mr Mostofizezhad pointed that in conference's exhibition, foreign companies will attend and added: "This exhibition will be a good opportunity for attendants to visit other company's products and services."

He mentioned, paying attention to effects of civil projects on environment, modern methods of laboratory techniques for exploitation and preservation of agents and the usages of modernization, are the most important factors which lecturers will talk about.

Secretary added: "There are lecturers from Europe, America & Asia and also companies from Germany, Belgium, England, Saudi Arabia, Japan & America and they present many essays regarding the last civil projects of their own countries."transportation of cargo among North – South corridor's countries. Also we want to use port facilities for transportation by rail."

This Russian authority continued: "Iran has invested capital for receiving the cargo in it's ports such as making Amirabad equipped and the construction of Tehran – Ghazvin – Rasht – Anzali railway which is one of their future programs.

The secretary of Indian shipping also said: "Iran and India have invested a mutual capital on shipping affairs and move their cargo in this way to Asian and European countries… There should be a good co operation and co ordination between members enables them to solve the problems"
