Secretary General of IRO emphasized that revivaling  Abrisham Road , that is common frontier of seven countries, have changed Iran to a great transit pole in the world.

Marin Marmy admired the action of Iran regarding to reopening the transit ways to the countries placed in Asia and Europe and said revivaling of  Abrisham Road, making intergovernmental contracts related to North-South route and carrying out the development projects of terminal network to makes easy the tasks in this route, are effective steps of Iran government.

He added, “ the North-South route requires verifying and developments of  the roadbed and road transportation laws.”

Road transportation is the most important way of transportation because it is economic, flexible and has good quality in services.

Decreasing of limitations such as time of carrying, official limitations, costs and difficulties in passing the frontiers are the most advantages of  this route.

In addition to drivers, merchants and the other person in charge of transportation have taken advantage of the North-South route.
