The first ocean liner from Islamic republic of Iran’s shipping line, berthed in Aslavieh Port.
After loading Aromatic 4 project’s equipments with 2 thousand and 713 ton that is equal to 3 455 cubic meters, belonging to Borzuie petrochemical company, Iran Metin sailed out from Singapore for Asalooyeh.
Furthermore, the contractor of Asalooyeh project is Total company that it’s shipments used to moved via far east’s ports and Europe to B.Abbas and then to Aslavieh port.
Further shipments will be moved by Iranian shipping line directly from origin to Asalooyeh port, an especial economic zone, and this will have an important share in speed of revenuing of economical and industrial projects in South Persian zone.
Aromatic 4 project, as the biggest petrochemical complex in the world, by capacity of 1280 ton of various kind of national and lateral products , is one of the strategic plans of national petrochemical company of Iran in the third 5 years plan, that is being made in pars, an especial economic zone of energy, placed in Asalooyeh port in Busher .
Furthermore, Southern Pars, a gas zone, is an independent gas source that is located on the border line of Iran & Qatar, 100 kilometer far from Asakooyeh.
According to development of economic and industrial activities in Asalooyeh Port and sea freight of the shipments belong to oil , gas and petrochemical projects to this port ,
the official activities of South shipping line company were started for the purpose of loading and providing facilities for good owners and shipping lines.
