Board of directors in the session dated 1384/04/08 according to proposal No.378 passed 12005/03/04 by ministry of economy and finance and based on clause B from second article of custom affair law, dated 1350 suggested that:
Commodities which are entered to Iran from the main centers of purchasing and producing by big ships directly and their final destination in the B/L is mentioned as Abadan, Khoramshahr, Choibdeh, and Bushehr ports can use the facilities of Commercial profit discount after caputtage.
The regulation No 21639 d 32730 is informed to the commercial ministry and economic and finance affairs in 2005/03/07.
