Please pay attention to the following points at the time of arranging docs by the shipper for doing clearance of transit  goods via Bandar Abbas / Iran, then consign the cargoes and correct docs to us to offer you transportation services:

• All the descriptions of goods such as type, Gross weight, Net weight, Tare weight, Container No., Seal No. and the other details should be mentioned correctly on documents in a way that there is no discrepancy on documents. please Note that all cargo which transit Via Iran will pass trough 3 X-Ray which if any discrepancy shown between the documents and the containers content there will be a  penalty which costs 3 times of value of the cargo for this difference. Also ask the shipping Line to arrange Manifest, Ob/l in the same way and mention exact and correct information. Since we have to submit Ob/l and Manifest which are arranged by the shipping line, to the port office in Iran.

  If Ob/l and Manifest are issued correctly at origin, there is no problem in collecting D/o for us from the shipping line. Otherwise we have to make amendments on documents for clearance and transit of goods which cause a lot of problems such as paying extra charges, losing time and delays in transportation. 

• The kind of cargo, weight, the type of packing should be mentioned exactly on Packing list & Invoice. Besides when there are various goods loaded in one Container, please mention the exact types of cargoes on Ob/l. Otherwise the documents should be amended before clearance of transit goods which cause delays in transportation and paying extra money.

• All documents must be in English.

• The quantity of cargo in Packing list & Invoice should be mentioned according to the type of packing of goods. But when the goods aren’t packed and cargoes are consigned as Break Bulk Shipment, just mentioning the quantity of cargo is enough. 
   We need details of packing of cargo for each container / shipment
  It means that if the quantity of cargo is 20 cartons, we have to know the quantity of cargo in each carton i.e 1-20 

• The name of our company should be mentioned correctly. Also please mention the cargo and container in transit to the final destination, e.g.: Kazakhstan, by Khadem Tarabar Shargh Transportation Company. 

• Please mention exact details of Consignee at the final destination on docs such as address, two phone numbers and so on.

• When the cargoes are carried by Rail, it is necessary to have Certificate of origin.

• For carriage of perishable goods & foodstuffs, we need Original Health & Quarantine Certificates issued in origin country and the other related documents. The Original Health & Quarantine Certificates should be couriered to us before reaching the Cntr to Bandar Abbas/ Iran. 

   

• For carriage of traffic goods which are oversized, it is necessary to mention exact dimension, weight of goods.

•  Since May 21,2005 Bandar Abbas custom won't let the containers which are sealed by bolt & nut except riveted containers, exit B.Abbas and such containers should be stripped in B.Abbas or exchange with the container which is sealed with rivet. Pls take it into consideration not to send such containers to B.Abbas since we have to strip or change the container.
