Delivery and the discharging the shipment of port

1. The person in charge of delivery checks the goods carefully and if he confirms the safety of goods in order to it's packing, will receive it in the same form and will deliver it to the owners or shipping lines (in the case of export shipments). If there is any problem in the form of packing , all the problems will mentioned in related form and in the case of necessity, the seal of packages will open and contents will be count ,then repack (in charge of owner or shipping line.
2. Just in the case of presenting the quite permission issued by custom, delivering of goods in warehouses and port area will be done.
3. The person, who brings the permission, should have the letter of attorney for presenting to the port office.
4. Good's owner or his agent not only should follow the custom and port regulation, but also they should have a suitable vehicle when they go for receiving their shipment.
5. If good owners or their agents whose the permission of direct loading has been issued can't prepare needed vehicles, their cargo will be discharged and will be sent to warehouse or port area and the complete handling charges should be paid and they couldn't use exemption.
6. After quitting from terminal , port officers aren't responsible for any problem or defect which has occurred in the cargo which has been delivered to the good owners or their agents, as while delivering the cargo the receiver should be careful whether his own cargo is being delivered or also whether there is any defect or problem or not.
7. After regarding all necessary points , if because of same sign on the cargo , the cargo is been delivered to the wrong person, and the officers find it after quitting the cargo from port, the owners should return the cargo back to the port and receive their own shipment and all the charges should be undertaken by the owners which have taken the cargo by mistake and in the case of refusal , port officers can refer it to governors and don’t provide them with further services.
8. If cargo is been moved and quitted from terminal and the owners want it to be discharged in port and reloaded or move it by vehicle, they should pay %50 of uncaring extra to the port.
9. Delivering of the cargo to the owners is being done during the weeks (except Fridays ) and in 8 working hours per day, and if the owners want to receive their cargo out of the work hours or Fridays, they should inform the port office and fill the demand form and also pay it's charges.
10. Port office won't get delivery of goods which their import and export is forbidden. This list will be presented to the port office by custom or import / export office annually.
