Chahbahar SEZ: New Facilities

Afghani Traders will obtain warehouses free of cost for the cargoes to be transited to Afghanistan in Chahbahar Especial Economic Zone. The purpose of this facility is to introduce Afghani traders Chahbahar Especial Economic Zone possibilities. Mr. Salehi , manager for Chahbahar Especial Economic Zone indicated:" One of the problem for cargoes to be transited to Afghanistan via Chahbahar is that there is no bridge on Hirmand river and also unsuitability of the route between Milak and Delaram". "However, Iran accepted all the charges for building a bridge on Hirmand river". Mr. Salehi quoted. He also indicated that another problem for transiting cargoes via Chahbahar is that Afghanistan has thrown some limitations for importing food stuff from Iran and expect that such limitations be removed.
