Regulations for vessels consist of Hazardous oil products

1. Hazardous oil products means the raw oil products which have been refined or distilled or other oils which have been produced from distillation of carbonic products, and their flam point is equal to Petroleum, Gasoline, pure oil and heavy petroleum or the products which their flam point is less than 73^ Fahrenheit.
Also from these kinds, we can mention the amount of oil which is more than 10 Gallon or 45.5 liter.

2. None of the Hazardous oil products can enter the port area before obtaining the written permission of port. This permission will be issues just in the case that the quantity and arrival date of shipment , mode of loading and discharging of shipment is been declared before.
3. Hazardous oil products should be moved to assigned places in port according to issued permission.

4. While the vessel which contains of hazardous oil products is loading or discharging, the doors of all the holds, which these processes are not being done from there, should be closed and there shouldn't be any vessel near the ship.

5. While lading and discharging the vessel or barges contains hazardous oil products , a team of fire fighters should be there and an officer from the vessel or the in charge person of barge should be there as well. Also all the fire fighting equipments should be on the alert.

6. All the hazardous oil products in all forms loss, drum and tin should be transported just by tankers or some special machines made for this purpose, and these machines should have the security equipments.

7. Barges which contain hazardouse oil products shouldn't carry more than 150 Tons of these materials.

8. All the hazardouse oil products which are being carried by drums or tins should be checked by the person in charge of loading and discharging , and he should confirm the safety of drums and tins, after that the permission of loading and discharging will be issued. The leaking drums should be separated and get fixed.

9. All the equipments and pipes which are being used in the loading and discharging procedures should be checked before hand to make sure that they are safe and not leaking.

10. The barge's personnel shouldn't smoke, cook or setting fire on the barge or any thing which causes fire, otherwise the will be fired from the port and their traffic card will be canceled.

11. The barges which contain hazardouse oil products should stop in the assigned places by port and raise the red flag on which a black or white "B" is written there, in the height of 4.5 Meter from deck and at least the surface of 1x0.8 M2.

12. All the vessels which carry hazardous oil products should have stop cock.

13. Those who are under effect of alcoholic drinks shouldn't enter the decks on which loading or discharging is going on.

14. All the storage's doors of barges which contain hazardous oil products should be closed while transshipment or stopping at the port and the deck should be smeared with these materials.
