B.AB THC & other CGO expenses increase    Please note that effecting 23/08/03, BND THC & some other cgo chgs, will be increased as following:  ldn imp ldn exp ldn rtrncgo mty 20'dc usd 100 usd 50 usd 100 usd 53 40'dc / hc usd 150 usd 75 usd 150 usd 73 note: 1) THC fr imco cgo is 50% more than abv figures. 2) non-declaration or mis-diclaration of imco cgo.s will cause usd 400/20' & usd 800/40' + other extra charges, like inspection, security, LAB charges security, etc , all collectable fm the line. 3) thc fr all types of cntrs are the same as abv tariff , except those cntrs due to being heavy lift or OOG, need special equipments fr loading / discharging , like extra wire , extra cable, etc. THC fr such cntrs are usd 50 more than normal THC 4) extra chgs fr heavy lifts cntrs are subject to period of time using extra port facility fr loading / discharging such cntrs, based on port tariff. 5) THC will be collected fm the agents, in lumpsum, but cost factors fr THC are as blw: discharging / loading (50%) + shifting to C/Y or vice versa (20%) + discharging / stacking in the C/Y or vice versa (15%) + loading on cnee's chassis(15%) IMPORTANT NOTES ON THE B/L ISSUANCE FR IRAN SHPTS (WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT): A) THC clause shud be incorporated in all OB.s/L fr iran cargo as below: Iran import THC is not part of ocean freight and THC shud be paid at destination by consignee to the carrier's agent, as blw: usd 100 fr 20'S & usd 150 fr 40's THC fr imco cgo is 50% more than abv figures. B) as there are some misinterpretation on THC terminology / definition among port authorities here, we strongly suggest to OMIT CY/CY CLAUSE IN B.s/L fr Iran. If any agent do not follow this requirement, will be responsible fr any claim / penalty , which may be arisen. MONITORING CHARGES FR REEFER CNTRS usd 100/20' & usd 150/40' per day. monitoring is plug in / out the reefer cntrs & checking cgo temp, o0n regular base , every day. STRIPPING CHG usd 100/20' & usd 130/40' if cntr status changes fm FCL to LCL, after discharging, usd 120/20' & usd 150/40' will be amendment chg.
